COURSE SATISFACTION POLICY
iTTi MENA stands by the quality of its TEFL/TESOL courses. Students who are not satisfied with their course and wish to cancel within the first 3 days of class must provide a detailed, written explanation for their dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the course. In addition, they must have attended all classes or accessed all course materials up to and including the day the cancellation request was submitted.
iTTi MENA reserves the right to investigate claims to validate their accuracy. In the event that a student’s reasons for dissatisfaction are justified, a refund of up to 50% of tuition may be issued.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
To enroll in an iTTi MENA course, students must demonstrate English proficiency that enables them to follow the program and satisfactorily complete course requirements. This requires native or near-native ability level, with very few or no errors in both spoken and written English.
Insufficient English proficiency is grounds for course failure. If at any point an instructor determines that a student’s English language ability is insufficient, the student will be notified of their probable failure. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
